We offer multiple packages and a la carte services to best meet your needs:

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
This package is perfect for the couple who has done much of the planning on their own, but would like a professional coordinator to assist them with all the details on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly:

• Prepare check list for arrival of vendors
• Serve as Wedding Day Contact person for all vendors
• Verify all deliveries/pick-ups (including florists, caterers, transportation, music, etc..)
• Attend rehearsal
• Work with officiant
• Assist with Rehearsal Dinner
• Assist in transportation of bride and wedding party
• Collect all of bride’s personals during ceremony
• Coordinate lunch for bride and wedding party
• Serve as point person for photographer (i.e. assist with assembling bridal party and families for photos)
