WEDDING DAY COORDINATION PLUS
This package is perfect for the couple who wants to handle some of the preparation themselves, but would like the expertise and guidance of a wedding planner throughout the planning process, and assistance on the day of the wedding:

• Complete Wedding Day vision consultation with couple
• Provide couple with vendor research packet
• Help you prepare your budget and produce a detailed budget worksheet
• Review vendor contracts for price negotiations, errors, changes, additions, enhancements, etc.
• Track all contracts with chosen vendors and provide a timetable to disburse payments to vendors
• Prepare check list for arrival of vendors
• Serve as Wedding Day Contact person for all vendors
• Attend Rehearsal
• Work with officiant
• Assist with Rehearsal Dinner
• Verify all deliveries/pick-ups (including florists, caterers, transportation, music, etc..)
• Assist in transportation of bride and wedding party
• Collect all of bride’s personals during ceremony
• Coordinate lunch for bride and wedding party
• Serve as point person for photographer (i.e. assist with assembling bridal party and families for photos)
